The fifth session of the UAE-Kuwait Joint Higher Committee, chaired by Emirati Foreign Minister HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed , concluded with the signing of eight Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and Executive Programmes, according to Khaleej Times.
