Kuwait Innovation Summit 2025 Showcases GBM's CloudX for National Digital Goals

 GBM Kuwait, known officially as Khorafi Business Machines (KBM), unveiled its CloudX platform during the Kuwait Innovation Summit 2025, hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuwait City. The event served as a launchpad for forward-looking digital initiatives that align with Kuwait Vision 2035.

The summit brought together more than 400 stakeholders, including key government representatives and senior figures from GBM, IBM, and IDC, highlighting a shared commitment to digital modernization. Experts from across the tech ecosystem discussed strategies to accelerate national innovation and infrastructure development.

CloudX introduces a customizable cloud environment designed specifically for government agencies and private enterprises. The platform enhances operational performance, drives digital agility, and supports next-generation business models. It is expected to become a cornerstone in Kuwait’s transition toward a knowledge-based economy.

With enterprise IT investment projected to hit $1.2 billion by the end of 2025 and annual growth estimated at 7.4%, Kuwait’s digital future is gaining significant momentum. CloudX is poised to play a critical role in this transformation by enabling smarter, faster, and more resilient digital solutions

  The UAE's foreign trade reached a record AED5.23 trillion (US$1.42 trillion) in 2024, marking a 49% increase since 2021 and reinforcing its global economic influence.
