Qatar Charity’s ‘Mobile Iftar’ Initiative Brings Hope and Relief to Thousands

As part of its Ramadan humanitarian efforts, Qatar Charity has reached 60,000 individuals through its widely recognized ‘Mobile Iftar’ project. This initiative provides ready-to-eat meals for fasting individuals, ensuring they can break their fast on time, especially those on the move, such as drivers at major traffic points in Doha.

The project distributes 2,000 meals per day at six busy traffic intersections—Al Murkhiya, The Mall, Al-Rayyan, Abdullah Abdul Ghani, Gulf, and Sheraton—as well as at two metro stations. Meals are handed out just before Maghrib prayer, allowing recipients to observe Iftar without delay.

Qatar Charity expresses deep gratitude to its donors for their contributions, praying that Allah blesses them abundantly and accepts their acts of kindness.

The ‘Mobile Iftar’ project is more than just a meal distribution initiative—it reflects the true spirit of Ramadan by promoting community support, generosity, and social cohesion. Through such humanitarian efforts, Qatar Charity remains committed to helping those in need and fostering the core values of compassion and unity.
