Speaking at the signing ceremony, Marike Paulsson emphasized that this agreement strengthens Bahrain’s capacity to handle complex international disputes, positioning the country as a key player in global arbitration. Meanwhile, Martina Polasek, making her debut visit to Bahrain, reaffirmed ICSID’s commitment to developing innovative solutions for resolving business disputes.

This collaboration not only bolsters Bahrain’s legal and economic landscape but also attracts international businesses seeking reliable arbitration services.
