The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs has successfully mediated another significant Russia-Ukraine prisoner exchange, marking the fourth such agreement in 2024 and resulting in the release of 150 prisoners. The Russian Federation initiated a special military operation in Ukraine on February 24, 2022.
