UAE emerges as favoured country for international professionals seeking employment visas

 

The UAE has become the top choice for international professionals seeking employment visas, according to Global HR platform Deel’s Annual Global Hiring Report. This marks a significant achievement for the Middle East nation, solidifying its status as a prominent global business hub and attracting skilled individuals worldwide.

The report, based on data from scores of global contracts across 160 countries, highlights the UAE’s commitment to nurturing a diverse and vibrant multinational workforce. The leading industries attracting international talent to the UAE include financial services, IT and services, computer software, marketing and advertising, and management consulting. The most coveted positions within the UAE economy include software engineer, management consultant, content manager, influencer marketing manager, and strategy director.

The findings underscore the UAE’s transformation into a global business hub, with its efforts resonating with international professionals and solidifying its position as a top hiring destination. The UAE’s diverse and multicultural workforce is its greatest asset, positioning itself for continued economic growth and success by attracting and retaining a notable number of international workers.

UAE's Foreign Trade Surge Highlights Strategic Economic Vision

  The UAE's foreign trade reached a record AED5.23 trillion (US$1.42 trillion) in 2024, marking a 49% increase since 2021 and reinforcing its global economic influence.
