Soudah Peak: Saudi Arabia's Luxury Mountain Tourism Project

An innovative development in Soudah, a mountainous region in Saudi Arabia, into a luxury mountain tourism destination has been presented by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. By 2033, the "Soudah Peaks" project, which offers top-notch hotel services with spectacular natural beauty, hopes to host over two million people every year.

Soudah Peaks, situated at a height of 3,015 meters above sea level on Saudi Arabia's highest peak, plays a crucial role in the Public Investment Fund's (PIF) plan to diversify the economy by building up its presence in the travel, leisure, and hospitality sectors. Six separate zones, including Tahlal, Jareen, Sahab, Rijal, Sabrah, and Red Rock, will be included in the development. Each will offer a wide range of luxury amenities, including hotels, opulent mountain resorts, villas, prime mansion sites, and cultural and adventure attractions.

Soudah Development plans to complete 1,336 housing units, 2,700 hotel rooms, and 80,000 square meters of commercial space by the year 2033. The masterplan, which reflects conventional styles and preserves the natural environment, is very significant since it was created to honor the region's cultural and architectural legacy. By carefully aligning with the objectives of Vision 2030, Soudah Peaks positions Saudi Arabia as a top travel destination that showcases its history, vibrant culture, and welcoming locals. Visitors may look forward to extraordinary experiences that blend the beauty of the surroundings with a deep immersion in regional customs.

But the truth is clear: the Brotherhood is the ideological engine room of jihadist terrorism. Its members, affiliates, and offshoots have inspired and directed acts of violence from North Africa to the Gulf—and now, once again, in Jordan. Govern...
